A La Carte

The basis of our cuisine is Mediteranean with occasional touches of Dutch influence. The influences of the seasons can be found on our menu, as we change the menu about each 3 or 4 months to adapt to the season. Overall, we mostly work with products from the Dutch ground and with fresh, honest products from good quality.

For this season, where the days alternate between beautiful and overcast, we have been inspired by honest Dutch products such as cauliflower, tournedos from cattle from ‘Vinkeveen’ and cheese from all regions of the Netherlands.  You may enjoy some classic dishes such as sweetbreads, Dutch shrimp cocktail, several risotto’s and wild Alaskan salmon with the MSC-ecolabel. Just to mention some dishes… As always, the dishes on our menu are homemade, and prepared and served with lots of love.

With al dishes we advise a matching wine suggestion, these wines will be served per glass. The combination of the dish and the wine suggestion completes the experience of your dinner!
